An order enters processing only after payment authorization is successful. Checkout supports activated card payment in United States dollars. A payment provider or card issuer may approve, review, decline, or request further verification, so billing information must be accurate.

Unfinished, high-risk, or unverifiable transactions may be delayed or cancelled. Full card numbers are not stored in page content. Issuers generally handle explanations for declines, disputes, authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions.
