Shipping Policy

This shipping guide covers orders placed for items in our lunch boxes, insulated carriers, reusable drinkware, meal-prep containers, food-storage sets, backpacks, and practical accessories range.

Handling and carrier travel

Once payment authorization succeeds, we normally review, pack, and prepare an order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated carrier journey is 4–6 business days. These are separate periods, weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and no delivery date is guaranteed.

Rates, destinations, and tracking

The checkout shows destinations we can serve, the available shipping charge, and any free-shipping offer that applies. Customers should supply a complete delivery address plus an accurate email and phone number. Tracking is sent when the selected service makes it available.

Delivery exceptions

For delayed tracking, a lost parcel, visible transit damage, or a shipment marked delivered but not received, email nerfrpro@gmail.com with the order number and tracking reference. Some destinations or carrier services may be restricted.
